A free 30-minute fit call, or a written enquiry if you prefer. Either way we listen to one workflow, say whether AI is a sensible answer, and explain what an assessment would cover. The free call does not produce the roadmap; the assessment does.
What does the assessment cost?
The assessment has a fixed fee, agreed after the fit call and before you commit. The fee depends on how many people and systems are involved, how much sample material has to be reviewed, and whether existing AI experiments need to be assessed as well.
How long does the assessment take?
Typically 1 to 2 weeks, with a fixed fee agreed after a free fit call. It ends with a written roadmap and a scoped pilot proposal you can act on with us or with another team.
What do we need to prepare?
Very little. Access to the people who do the work, a few real examples of the inputs and outputs shared through an agreed secure route, and a rough sense of what a good result would be worth to you.
Do you assess existing AI experiments?
Yes. Share the objective, current workflow and known difficulties. We can scope a review of feasibility, integration, evaluation or the next implementation stage.
Do we have to build the solution with Blend?
No. The assessment is a separately scoped engagement, and you can act on its outputs with us or with another team.
Is this legal or regulatory advice?
No. We identify technical and operational questions for your responsible stakeholders. Legal interpretation and formal compliance decisions require the appropriate advisers.
