A first engagement is an assessment of 1 to 2 weeks followed by a pilot of about 4 weeks, evaluation included.

Model usage, hosting and any third-party services are listed separately at cost, so the running cost is visible before rollout.

Before we begin.
Do I need a technical specification before contacting Blend?
No. Describe what happens today and what a useful result would look like. Blend turns that into a scope during the assessment.
What is the first step?
A free 30-minute fit call, or a written enquiry if you prefer. Either way we listen to one workflow, say whether AI is a sensible answer, and explain what an assessment would cover. The free call does not produce the roadmap; the assessment does.
How is pricing structured?
A free fit conversation; a fixed-fee readiness assessment agreed before you commit; pilots and implementations quoted after the assessment; model usage, hosting and third-party services itemised at cost.
How long does a first engagement take?
An assessment of 1 to 2 weeks, then a pilot of about 4 weeks including its evaluation. Together that is usually 6 to 8 weeks. The total depends on scheduling, access readiness and integration complexity. Rollout is scoped separately after the evaluation.
Who does Blend work with?
Small and medium-sized enterprises in India, Europe and the Gulf, with or without an internal IT team. Past work spans travel, education, manufacturing, e-commerce, healthcare, consulting and startups.
Can you help us choose existing tools?
Yes. Consulting can include a build-versus-buy assessment. A custom build is one possible recommendation, not a predetermined outcome.
What do I receive at the end of a pilot?
A working pilot, an evaluation report with accuracy, error types and cost per run, documentation, and a recommendation to roll out, adjust or stop.
