Put AI to work without an in-house technical team.
We help business owners and operations teams choose a useful starting point, build the solution and understand how to operate it, with clear responsibilities and support agreed from the start.

Sound familiar?
This page is for the owner, operations manager or the person who ends up responsible for technology at a company that does not have an IT department. You know your operation better than anyone; our job is to handle the technology around it.
Typically
- Manufacturers, labs and clinics whose records live in forms and PDFs
- Agencies, consultancies and trading firms that run on email and spreadsheets
- Companies that have tried a tool or two and got stuck
Where it usually begins.
Each is a bounded pilot. Which actions wait for a person is agreed before it starts.
Incoming documents
Invoices, orders, reports or referrals arrive by email or WhatsApp and someone re-types them. We extract the agreed fields and queue the uncertain ones for a person.
The same questions
Customers or staff ask the same things every day. An assistant answers from your approved material, shows its sources and hands over when it is unsure.
A process nobody owns end to end
Follow-ups fall between systems. We map the process, automate the successful path and keep exceptions visible.
What we need from you
- Two or three people who do the work, for an hour or two each during the assessment
- A description of the process and, once we agree a secure route, a few real examples of inputs and good outputs
- Access to the tools involved, or someone who has it
What you get
- A written map of the process and a roadmap in plain language
- One clearly scoped pilot you can try on real cases
- An evaluation report in plain terms: how often it is right, what it gets wrong and what it costs to run
- An operating guide, named owners and support agreed in writing
After launch: who does what.
An operating guide names the owner, the review queue, the accounts involved and what to do when something fails.
Blend
- Support hours and response targets agreed in writing before rollout
- Monitoring of exceptions and running costs, reported to you
- Changes scoped and quoted rather than slipped in
Your team
- A named owner in your team who can approve items in the review queue
- Someone who keeps the connected accounts and passwords current
- A short weekly look at the exceptions report during the first months
Before we begin.
Do I need a technical specification before contacting Blend?
No. Describe what happens today and what a useful result would look like. Blend turns that into a scope during the assessment.
What is the first step?
A free 30-minute fit call, or a written enquiry if you prefer. Either way we listen to one workflow, say whether AI is a sensible answer, and explain what an assessment would cover. The free call does not produce the roadmap; the assessment does.
How is pricing structured?
A free fit conversation; a fixed-fee readiness assessment agreed before you commit; pilots and implementations quoted after the assessment; model usage, hosting and third-party services itemised at cost.
How long does a first engagement take?
An assessment of 1 to 2 weeks, then a pilot of about 4 weeks including its evaluation. Together that is usually 6 to 8 weeks. The total depends on scheduling, access readiness and integration complexity. Rollout is scoped separately after the evaluation.
Who does the work?
Blend is founder-led. Senior engineers handle scope, architecture and delivery, and the team for each engagement is agreed before it starts.
Will an AI answer always be correct?
No. Evaluation, review controls and behaviour for uncertain or missing information are scoped; the level of human involvement depends on the task.
Describe the work. We will handle the technology.
No specification needed. A plain description of what happens today is enough to start.
