Data and access
A data processing agreement on request, sub-processors named in scope, data minimisation by default. EU-region hosting and EU-processing model providers are options we scope; hosting region and model provider are chosen per project, and we confirm the combination is feasible before proposing delivery.
Meetings and updates
Meetings from 3 PM IST. A weekly review call, a written update every week, and named decision owners on both sides.
A bounded first implementation
An assessment of 1 to 2 weeks, then a pilot of about 4 weeks, so your team can evaluate usefulness before broader adoption.

- Thursday 21 January 2027 (standard time): 9:30 AM in London (GMT), 10:30 AM in Berlin and Paris (CET).
- Our meeting window runs from 3 PM IST into the Indian evening, so a 4 PM UK meeting in winter is 9:30 PM for us and is agreed case by case.

Is Blend GDPR-compliant?
We work under a data processing agreement and design for the requirements your data protection officer sets: data minimisation, agreed sub-processors, retention limits and EU-region hosting where required and feasible for the project. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice.
Can data stay in the EU?
EU-region hosting and model providers with EU processing are options we scope regularly. Hosting region and model provider are chosen per project, and we confirm the combination is feasible before proposing delivery.
How do you handle the time difference?
Meetings from 3 PM IST, which is the UK and European morning, a weekly review call, and written updates every week so nothing depends on being online at the same time.
How is pricing structured?
A free fit conversation; a fixed-fee readiness assessment agreed before you commit; pilots and implementations quoted after the assessment; model usage, hosting and third-party services itemised at cost.
Who owns the code and the solution?
Ownership, licences and handover are agreed before development starts. Bespoke code written for you is yours under the engagement agreement; third-party components keep their own licences, and infrastructure and accounts are arranged in scope.
