Can you work with a UAE free-zone or mainland company?
Yes. Blend works with businesses across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait. Working arrangements, decision owners and review points are agreed at the start of each engagement.
Do you support Arabic?
Solutions can process and generate Arabic. Arabic support is scoped per document type and included in the evaluation set rather than assumed. Our working language is English.
Can data be hosted in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
Regional hosting is an option we scope. Hosting region and model provider are chosen per project, and we confirm the combination is feasible before proposing delivery. We identify the applicable data protection regime, such as the UAE data protection law or Saudi PDPL, and design for it with your responsible stakeholders.
How is pricing structured?
A free fit conversation; a fixed-fee readiness assessment agreed before you commit; pilots and implementations quoted after the assessment; model usage, hosting and third-party services itemised at cost.
How long does a first engagement take?
An assessment of 1 to 2 weeks, then a pilot of about 4 weeks including its evaluation. Together that is usually 6 to 8 weeks. The total depends on scheduling, access readiness and integration complexity. Rollout is scoped separately after the evaluation.
