What is the first step?
A free 30-minute fit call, or a written enquiry if you prefer. Either way we listen to one workflow, say whether AI is a sensible answer, and explain what an assessment would cover. The free call does not produce the roadmap; the assessment does.
What does the assessment cost?
The assessment has a fixed fee, agreed after the fit call and before you commit. The fee depends on how many people and systems are involved, how much sample material has to be reviewed, and whether existing AI experiments need to be assessed as well.

How long does an AI pilot take?
A first pilot typically runs about 4 weeks, including a final evaluation week, after a readiness assessment of 1 to 2 weeks. The pilot length depends on data access, integrations and review requirements and is agreed before work starts. Rollout is scoped separately afterwards.
Is a request a confirmed booking?
No. A request is read by a person, who replies with a time or a written answer. Nothing is scheduled until we confirm it with you.
